Indian plots come in a handful of standard sizes, and each one has a layout that works and several that do not. Every page below gives a room-by-room schedule that fits inside the setbacks, the Vastu zone each room belongs in, and a button that opens the editor so you can change it.

Not sure which size you need?
As a rough guide: a 2 BHK is comfortable from about 600 sq ft of built-up area, a 3 BHK from about 1000 sq ft on one floor, and a 4 BHK from about 1250 sq ft. Work backwards from that to a plot size by adding your setbacks — or read how setback, FAR and ground coverage decide your buildable area.
