Designing a 40 × 50

Four bedrooms on one floor needs a lobby, not a corridor. Budget 8–10% of the floor area for it and place it centrally so no bedroom door opens into a living space.

If you are building G+1, put two bedrooms and the family lounge upstairs instead of four bedrooms down. The ground floor then gets a much bigger hall and dining.
