Privacy policy

Applies to houseplancraft.josentity.com and the HousePlanCraft app for Android and iOS. Last updated 14 October 2026.

What we store

You can draw on the website without an account, and nothing you draw leaves your browser until you save it. When you create an account we store:

  • Your email address and a password hash. Your email is your username. We never store the password itself, only a one-way hash.
  • Your plans. The drawing of each plan you save, its name, and a small preview image.
  • Signed-in devices. When you sign in on the app, we keep a hash of that device's sign-in token, the device name, and when it was last used, so you stay signed in and can be signed out.

What we use it for

Only to run the service: to sign you in and to show you your plans on the website and in the app. We don't sell your data, show ads, or share it with anyone, except a hosting provider that stores it on our behalf.

Donations

Buying us a coffee is optional. Payments are processed by Razorpay; your card, UPI or bank details go straight to them and never reach us. For each donation we keep the amount, Razorpay's order and payment IDs, the payment status, and the name, email and message you chose to add (all optional), so we can match receipts and answer questions about a payment.

Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. The editor inside the app doesn't load analytics, and the app has no tracking or advertising SDKs.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and every plan in it at any time:

  • In the app: Account → Delete account.
  • On the website: delete your account (sign-in needed).

Deletion is immediate and permanent: your email, plans, preview images and signed-in devices are removed from our database.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords and app sign-in tokens are stored only as hashes. Sign-in attempts are rate-limited.

Children

HousePlanCraft is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
